How to resolve the Adobe Drive error while loading this application?

I getting a message says 'Adobe Drive is starting. Please wait.' appears when i try to load Adobe Drive 2 program on Windows 10. Once the progress bar is comes up, i click close the application before Adobe Drive program turns to white and getting an application is not responding appears. How to fix the problem?
