Software Informer error while the loading screen. how to resolve it?

When i try to open Software Informer app and yoo may see a Software Informer logo with a light blue screen appears. While the loading screen and you may see a Software Informer text stops by the 'r' and gets a white screen dialog appears. How can i solve the problem it?
