Authorware 5.2 failed to create a new document in windows 10

Question

When creating a new file, i cannot go to File menu and then select New menu in following the two files, you may see an error message: 'The new file cannot be created because the following error has occurred: computer memory is full." appears. When try to click Cancel and close the error dialog. How can troubleshoot a memory when Authorware 5.2 running on windows 10?

This is similar to adobe programs, like adobe photoshop cs (which is a version 8.0), when a message says the computer memory is full which is an error message dialog after launch this program in windows xp.

Authorware is discontinued, and there is no future updates or troubleshooting help anymore. Therefore, Adobe recommends Director 11, which is a replacement for Authorware 7.
