Progress information when i try to import the video file format

Question

I try to use the MotionDV STUDIO. When i cannot move, copy, or import the video files because there is no video codecs available to support this file and you may see a progress information and close the dialog box appears. Because the file format (e.g., .avi, .mpg, or .asf) for this video file to have been deleted due to an unsupported video format because the video codecs is not supported. But why is troubleshooting help?

Last release of MotionDV STUDIO LE for DV was the version as 6.0 to support Windows XP, but through it was discontinued the software to have not supported for Windows Vista, and there is no troubleshooting help for this program.
