Does Adobe Visual Communicator 3 supports MP4 file format available to import this project file?

Adobe Visual Communicator 3 does not ability to support the MP4 file format available. This video file uses MPEG-4 file format because the MPEG file format that only be supported to import. For example, it can only be converted into a MPEG file using Adobe Media Encoder application by converting from a MP4 file format.
