Remove Mapsgalaxy toolbar

Question

I can't remove Mapsgalaxy toolbar from Add/Remove programs from Control Panel.
After clicking remove, I see the following error notice:

C:\PROGRA~1\MAPSGA~2\bar\1.bin\39Bar.dll

%1 not a valid Win 32 application.

I use Internet Explorer.
How can I remove this? Appreciate the help.

It seems that the uninstaller tries to download the file but the file is either missing or deleted which in this you will need to disable the toolbar manually by starting Internet Explorer and navigating through Tools and then Manage Add-ons. From that location, identify the entry with MapsGalaxy Toolbar and select it then use Disable and restart the browser. Upon start you will notice that the toolbar is disabled.

still not able to remove it .getting the same error. REVO uninstaler is also not working
