Why RealProducer not responding when i try to click on stop job button?

Question

When i try to encode this video file, you may see a noise reduction into the screen, but the encoder status as 81% running. When i try to click on the Stop Job or Cancel Job button on RealProducer and you may see an application freezes for RealProducer version 13 or 14. Any ideas?

RealProducer is not supported on Windows 10 (because the application runs on this version 13 or 14), after clicking on the Stop Job or Cancel Job button.

Try reinstall the latest version of K-Lite Codec Pack (version 15.9) by downloading the official website. Follow this steps:

1. Reinstall the latest version of K-Lite Codec Pack.

2. Change the supported audio and video codecs such as surround input, A/V codec, etc. and then reinstall the latest version. (Note: Audio and video codecs are not compatible for Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 to support Windows Media file format, and it because there is no enough memory to support this file format.)
