Corel WinDVD Pro 13 have a release date?

I want to upgrade to WinDVD Pro 13 to support Blu-ray player with 4K video. Why doesn't the latest version of Corel WinDVD Pro to have a release date?

Since Corel WinDVD Pro 12 has been released in 2014. Why doesn't Corel WinDVD Pro 13 have a release date yet?
