Does LRM capture the data for MSFS 2020

Question

I have P3D v5 and the LRM automatically captures my flight details and adds it to my log book.
A friend told me it does the same with MSFS 2020 with FSUIPC 7 but it does not seem to work for me. I have the unpaid version of FSUIPC 7 and I use the icon on the desktop of the FSUIPC 7 linked to MSFS 2020 to launch the MSFS 2020 program.

The program "Landing Rate Monitor" (LRM) does not automatically capture flight details and add them to the log book for MSFS 2020 with the unpaid version of FSUIPC 7.
