How can I install Civil Cad 3D on a Sony laptop?

I am trying to install Auto Cad Civil 3D on my Sony laptop Core i3 processor but there are some problems during installation.

It gives an error about Microsoft NET Framework.

I installed the latest version of NET Framework. Then it asked to run the setup from command prompt. I did this but in vain.

It may sound awkward, but you will need to restart the computer after you install NET Framework because those libraries that were installed need to be properly registered and this could be done with a simple computer restart. Also, there is no need to run the setup from the command prompt. Use the visual installer provided with the package to properly install the application.
