HP Pro is not loading up to use. It is stalled

I have been using HP Pro. I went to load it up and it stalls at the last white dash, just before it is finished. I have restarted my computer. uninstall and reinstall. nothing is working . It seems to be stuck at Initialized datastore game plans data
