The reset utility is not compatible with your model of Epson printer. The official website does not provide a way to select RX218 series printer on the list of the supported devices.
On the other hand, you can try SSC Service Utility but like in the above situation, the model is still not supported by this software either. The solution would be that you continue downloading the application and use the Unsupported option and see if it's working.
