If someone changes viber profile picture but i cannot see the new picture (i can only see their old picture) why is that?

For one specific user in Viber, i cannot see the new PP (Profile Photo) but always the old PP is seen if i see in my ID. But when i check that user from another device, i can see it’s new PP. why is that? I didn’t block that user and i can even talk to that user.
