To change the Snapchat picture, go to Snapchat and on the camera screen, tap on the Snapchat logo. A new window will open, then tap on your existing profile picture which it should enlarge automatically. Tap on Capture button to take a new pic and that's it. You have now taken a full profile picture to use it for other to see.
