VPN connection failure when using iPass

Web connection via iPass was working properly, but after restart and connection to another network, where iPass is not needed, I am not able to connect via VPN. Please give me support if possible!

I don't see a reasonable explanation on why the connection is not working anymore based on simple restart. Please go to Network Connection (found in Control Panel) and create a new VPN connection using New Connection Wizard and then try to connect again. Make sure that you're using the correct VPN server address and credentials.
