Looking for software to convert a live chat session from text to voice

What software will allow a live chat, actually a live commentary on a chat forum to be read out loud?

As there is no way for this type of operation, you will need to use the built-in Narrator features that is available in Windows XP to the latest operating system. Start the Narrator application by pressing Windows + U then select the text from the chat and press Insert + F6 and it will read everything that is selected.
