Can this DRB Emulator be used to program a new key assuming the key is cut to fit the lock mechanism? Is the interface a standard OBD-II USB interface plug/cable, so that I can run this on a laptop, and then interface the car's electronic bus with the OBD-II interface? I've used something similar on my Ford - Forscan is made by some Russians and works very well on Ford vehicles. Thanks - Gregg AZ
