ACTIVATION FAILs every time ... "NO CONNECTION...!"

HELLO,

I NEED HELP ! The SUPPORT seems to know nothing, because they don't know possibly helping device at their own sites. The story:

  • the test period's over.
  • 2 different (bought) registration keys can't finish the activation!
  • several times de-/re-installed. ANY IDEA ?!?
