ACTIVATION FAILs every time ... "NO CONNECTION...!"

HELLO,

I NEED HELP !
The SUPPORT seems to know nothing, because they don't know possibly helping device at their own sites.
The story:
- the test period's over.
- 2 different (bought) registration keys can't finish the activation!
- several times de-/re-installed.
ANY IDEA ?!?
