when I try to connect to the camera I get wrong password

I am getting the same problem, there is no solution, i have been in contact with iegeek and they say user name is admin and password remains empty. there must be a fault in the software

You need to follow instructions in the booklet. need to go on the settings icon in the phone app after camera connects, and CHANGE the original (admin) password. There has to be a password. Either the original admin, or your own. Then, this password needs to be typed in on the PC or Mac software. The instructions to leave the password empty is 100% wrong.
