Can I import 1400 contacts in Palm Z22 format to E-Z Contact Book?

I have 1400 contacts in Palm Z22 format. Can I easily import them to E-Z Contact Book? Some of my notes are too long. What is the limit of a number in Contacts?

I am concerned with the Palm OS, it is not being supported anymore. Windows 7 seems to do weird things with the data.

I think you should be able to export your contacts safely and if these are too long, the application will append a symbol or something to make it compatible. The same thing applies to notes as well.
