I have to change 2 *.fon font files created by Borland's workshop.exe in Windows 10!

Borland's software workshop.exe created successfully for me 2 .fon font files until and inclusive Windows XP. It is a pity not anymore in Windows 10. The same applies for Windows .bmp files. Could you help me at least with the *.fon files? I remain grateful in advance!
