No data transfer from arduino to excel

Question

After installing the program (PLX-DAQ) and check the data from Arduino program, no data was collected in the excel file. I define the correct port number and bud rate (COM4,9600). Also the reading indicator work (red R symbol). How can I solve this problem. my arduino is UNO thank you and best regards Prof . Sobhy Ibrahim
