Program do not connect to PE-C-MTBS-A ECU

We just get the information that the connection failed to ECU. We tried with 2 separate computers but do not get connected. With the first computer we got the message "FAiled connection to ECU With the second computer we got the message "Failed reading RPM from ECU ...".
What to do / try next?

i have a prob with the program...we got the message Failed reading RPM from ECU...can you fix it
