I have Windows 10 What program should I download?

I have Windows 10. For some reason having trouble getting my updated code....called Sentri and they suggested I buy another card reader at my Board. I did. Still didn't work. So, it was suggested I uninstall the program and I have.
Question....what should program should I download....make it simple. All I use it for is to update my sentricar.

You should download the "SentriLock Card Utility" program for Windows, which is used to update your Sentricar.
