Is Easy Grade pro 4.1 compatible with Mac OS Catalina?

No, Easy Grade Pro will not work with macOS Catalina, as Easy Grade Pro is a 32-bit application and macOS Catalina only supports 64-bit applications.

macOS Mojave is the last macOS to support 32-bit applications.
