Is Writer on roll app the same as Libre Officer Writer?

Just searching for a magazine publishing tool for a small magazine I have just taken on.
I haveMS Word, Mac Pages, Libre Office and I was searching for a 'Pages Plus' type programme. I want to run it on my Macbook Pro (2011 (Intel Core i5)

No, Writer on rollApp is not exactly the same as LibreOffice Writer. However, rollApp does offer a cloud-based version of LibreOffice Writer that can be accessed online. You can use it as an alternative to your existing software options for magazine publishing on your Macbook Pro.
