PCBWeb can not find Internet any more. Why?

PCBWeb tells me to check my Internet connection. Pressing the retry in the message box does nothing. I'm running Win 10, version 1803 (OS Build 17134.829). I'm using the latest version of PCBWeb. 3.1.109.0

Any ideas of where to start?

Please advise.

They may have gone belly-up. Their website is still there, but with a 2019 copyright date. And installing either the "current" version (3.1.109.0) or the "legacy" version (1.8.44.1) brings up the internet connection error. The download link for the current version works, but the link for the legacy version does not. I had already downloaded the legacy version back in 2017 and I grabbed the current version in March of 2020. It's now August of 2021 and no new release.

Bummer because apparently even custom parts were stored in the cloud so my personal libraries are gone.

Hello ,

I have the same problem since July 2021,
this is the response from ASPEN CORE management:

Hi Pierre – I wanted to let you know that we are still looking into the PCBWeb login issue. I will let you know when there is an update.

I’m sorry we can’t be of more help right now.

Thank you,
