The application is available for Windows operating systems only. You will need to use Wine in order to run the software. Wine emulates Windows environments (from libraries to drivers) so you will be able to run Windows applications inside Ubuntu or any other Linux distribution.
If you don't feel comfortable downloading packages and installing them manually, then you can always open a terminal and type: sudo apt-get install wine. The command will install Wine in a few easy steps then all you need to do is to transfer the executable to the Ubuntu and run it as you would do in Windows.
