will it work on 2010 NA Focus to reset or cancel MyKey without Master?

YES IT WILL. I DID IT ON MY 16 FOCUS SE, THE DEALERSHIP ONLY GAVE ME ONE KEY AND IT WAS ALREADY PROGRAMMED TO MY KEY SETTING
