Usually a Java framework will work with most of the systems because these applications are optimized to their fullest and so they will work flawlessly with your computer but keep in mind that if you plan to use a more complicated framework, all you need is a fast computer packed with loads of GB of RAM because you will need to run and compile the code which takes much RAM.
Every framework you plan to use has system requirements and based on the resources you computer is equipped with, you can then establish what frameworks are good for you system.
