One reason that could cause this issue is compatibility. Of course, there could be others as well, but this is most common when it comes to the Windows 10 and installations on this operating system.
However, I did some checking and indeed, the computer doesn't have full Windows 10, which means that you're trying to install something that's not compatible. It might be possible to have Windows 10 and drivers through Windows Update, but full support doesn't exist.
