I am having an issue when downloading Encompass to my new laptop. It gets to the SmartClient Core and then when the setup pops up it asks if I want to modify, repair or uninstall. I have tried selecting all three and they all come back with Smartclient has been successful installed please hit continue. Once I do it tells me that the installations of the current component has been cancelled. How do I fix this?
