Running ProGage ISO on Citrix.

I am trying to run Progage on a Citrix server. I got around a lot of error messages by giving users full rights to the installed directory of Progage on the Citrix server, but I am still getting this error which seem to not allow me to run the app.

Have you seen this before? Can you help me in any way? We are running version v5.2.2 on a 2008 server.

Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting for ProGAGE. I've looked on various websites and forums, but nothing was available. If you have issues with the software, try looking in the documentation first through the Help menu available in the menu bar or look in the installation directory for a Documentation folder or a PDF or CHM file. If there are phone numbers or contact emails, use them to reach the developers.
