I downloaded Tubemall Pro version 1.4c on my Acer Aspire E 15 laptop and if I enter a user and click save; it puts it in the queue section and then disappears. I also get a popup saying "Run-time error '75': Path/file access error." what can be done to correct this error? Do I have to create a YouTube or a Tubemall Pro account? I don't want to create an account if I don't have to.
