I have an installed the full version of Adobe RoboHelp 9 (version 18.104.22.1682). When i try to open Adobe RoboHelp 9 HTML and i got have received a following the error message appears:
"Unable to activate RoboHelp 9 over an Internet connection."
"To protect your system from counterfeit or malicious code, activation is required to ensure you have genuine software and to use this product. To activate your product, please make sure your system is connected to the internet or follow one of the steps below."
"This product has been disabled because it has failed to activate."
I'm try to select the "This computer is now connected to the internet. Retry activation." radio button to activate the Adobe RoboHelp 9 HTML and i have received an error message after pressing the Next button appears:
"We were unable to activate your product. Press Retry. For more information, please refer to the Adobe Activation Policy."
I have received an error code 194:7 but the Adobe RoboHelp 9 HTML will not run so try to resolve it.
