RoboHelp Office X4.1 install error...

When i try to install the trial version of RoboHelp Office X4.1 (version 14.1) and i got an error message:

"The product key has expired. You may need to purchase a copy of the software. For more information, please contact the eHelp Corporation Customer Care department at 1-800-677-4946 (domestic) or 1-858-847-7900 (International)."

I'm not to install the program but the trial version has expired. Any suggestions?

You'd better contact the developer or request a trial demo at official Adobe website.
