Nokia Multimedia Player

A while ago I had a Nokia 6210 phone. I used Nokia Ovi Suite to sync it in order to save the videos I recorded using the mobile phone. In Nero Multimedia Player there is a button Convert and Save which I used to save my videos and now the length is 11 seconds and as I can see I cannot get my video back to full lengths. Can you help me restore it?

If you used the original file to perform the conversion and you overwrite it then the file is lost and there is no way to get it back.

A solution to this is to try and sync the phone again using Nokia Ovi Suite if you left the files in the original place which will then bring back the original file which has full length.
