Bad modem management by MULTI485

Hello,
We have a problem with MULTI485 which stop to communicate with the analog modem when there is an error. MULTI485 send STOP! message in place of +++ to hang off. The remote station continues to send data all time. Do you have a new version of this software?
Do you have a full description of the protocol ? (Name?, Call?, Data?, ....)

MULTI485 is no longer developed, there is little information about the developer, so you'd better find another alternative program for your task.
