It supports converting from WAV, WMA or OGG to MP3.
If you use Cakewalk, when you have your project mixed how you want it, use 'file' 'export audio' and choose 'entire mix' 'riff wave' '16 bit' 'sample rate 44100', then export it somewhere handy on your HD.
This will give you a stereo .WAV file which you can then burn to CD or convert to MP3.
