The appraisal assistant shutdown when I want to open a OPF file

I always used the Appraisal Assistant but I changed my laptop so I needed to install again this soft. No error in the installation. The AA opens OK but shutdowns if I want to open an OPF file.
Maybe because is Windows 10???
My previous soft was installed with Windows 7 or older (don't remember).

You can try two things:

  1. Run the software in Compatibility mode using right click on the executable then choose Properties.

  2. You can try Transfer MyPC / PC Mover tools to migrate the desired software to new computer.
