I bought an LGO few years back which was working perfectly on windows 7. Upon upgrading to windows 10, the software siezed to function wholly. I decided to downgrade the operating system to windows 7 but on feeding the entitlement ID, licence activation wizard pops up with a message “ There is an error in XML document”(2,2).
Kindly give solution.
