Firstly try Compatibility mode. Right click the main EXE file of LEICA Geo Office and choose Properties > Compatibility. Afterwards, choose a previous version of Windows from the drop down menu. Tick the Run as Administrator option as well and then run it. If it doesn't work, forward this inquiry to the developers because they are the only ones who can issue an update to restore functionality with the latest updates of the Windows 10 operating system.
