It doesn't matter if the photos you have are on an Android or iPhone because the moment you connect the device to a PC or a Mac, the operating system will automatically detect it and will provide the available options. One of those options is to import the images to your PC. Select it and the operating system will transfer the files automatically.
Alternatively, use the Apple Cloud to transfer the photos from the device or Google Photos for the Android device.
