From what I've seen, sometimes the download links lead to the official website because the developers don't have a direct download system installed in place which means that in order to obtain the setup package, a user needs to fill a form, create an account or request the download link from the developer.

This is the case for MobiOne Studio as well. You need to visit their website to download the package. Also, it appears that a new application has been released that replaces MobiOne Studio. Check the official website to see the available package.
