MobiOne Studio is an application used for testing various apps released for multiple platforms. It won't help you connect those two devices that you have. But, if the Wireless project supports these technologies, then simply connect them to the same network and use the CAST function found in the Alcatel One Touch phone to send everything you want to the big screen because there is no need to use a 3rd party app for this process. That's what I'm doing home as well with my Smart TV with built-in WiFi and my phone.
