Try looking in the Help section of the software because you'll have all the available information there. I've tried looking on the Internet for additional information, but it appears that Loadcom-86 doesn't appear to be available.
If you don't have the Help menu available, look in the installation folder. You'll have more luck this way. Also, based on this program's description, I believe that you can modify the projects within the software's interface.
