Why can't I see ColorSnapper2 application after starting it?

I can use the shortcut to copy the selected color (via magnifying glass), but I cannot see the application to change the color format it is saving to the clipboard.

Firstly, you have to make sure that the version of your OSX is OS X 10.11+, the currently supported one for ColorSnapper2 to run properly.

Although you can install it in previous versions (surprised to see that for Apple products), it won't actually work if you don't have the minimum requirement.

Also, if you have an older version of the software, download it from its official website.
