I've installed the application but didn't find anywhere how to change the time zone properties. I recommend downloading the main ISO with the DEMO of Transas ECDIS. In the image file, you will find Quick_Reference_Guide.pdf. The guide will give you all the necessary information about the way the software works and how you configure it.
