How do I open JPG files?

Every time I try to open a JPG file, it's looking from a USB directory that's not even in the system.

It seems that the software remembers where it opened the previous files from. To override this, simply launch the software as Administrator then simply open a file from a location of choice from your hard disk and then next time you open the software it will open from that location.

This happens when the Ulead Photo Express is running without Administrator access and can't change the previous opened location due to unnecessary permission rights.
