I've searched the web regarding the resolution and didn't find anything about it, however, when you launch the software, a new window will launch as well that contains the Help documentation you can use to get the images right.
You'll find examples and procedures as well as the correct settings needed to properly create images. If the window doesn't appear, access the installation directory of CombineZP and then open the CZPHelp.CHM file.
